Very large ntext fields are not inserted/retrieved correctly

I'll be looking into this more soon, but I've had to switch back to using Ruby-ODBC in development.

Try inserting and selecting ~5000 characters on an ntext. They seem to be inserted correctly, but I only get ~2000 back out.

This works fine for me. I just added a test with a comment for a solution. This looks like that common FAQ for text size. See links in this commit.

Gonna close this since I have not heard any other complaints. Perhaps something to do with text size setting either in freetds.conf and/or default client setting to server on the DB side.
