Connection timeout option is ignored.

I am developing an app against a somehow slow machine, and I am getting some timeout connection errors.
Now I am running a specially slow setup procedure and the queries are quite slow, but don't take more than 7 or 8 seconds in the server.
I have modify may database.yml connection to set a timeout of 30 seconds, but the connection still fails in the 5 seconds that are set by default.
I am using the library with the active record adapter for sql server 2.3.11.
Maybe the culprit can be the other gem. I don't know.

I added a test to TinyTds to make sure we conform to our own interface correctly.

The adapter was not using the :timeout option from database.yml correctly. It basically should have divided it by 1000 so that it gives TinyTds what it expects. I also had bad names in prior. Changed that now too.

Untile the next release, you can just add another :dblib_timeout to your database.yml and when the new version, we will be using the :timeout option correctly.

FYI, versions 2.3.13 and 3.0.5 of the adapter have been released. Both of these pass down the :timeout option to TinyTds correctly. Cheers and thanks for the bug report!
