  • Added options to Makefile:
    • ZIPOPTS, TAROPTS -- variables that can be overriden from the environment for zip and tar respectively
    • SPHINXOPTS is now overridable
  • Added options to sphinx conf:
    • GALLERY_PATTERN -- this environment variable controls the results generation for specific files. Useful for running a single tutorial instead of everything in the repo

Recreated these changes in a new PR from a branch of pytorch/tutorials rather than a fork. Forks from tutorials are breaking the circleci build due to an error caused by improper access trying to download docker from ECR.

New PR: #765
