Update model in FGSM tutorial according to MNIST example

In the FGSM tutorial, the Net architecture is inconsistent with that in the latest version in the MNIST example.

There are mainly two changes where the model was updated.

The corresponding pretrained model provided in the tutorial should be updated as well.

Any suggestion is welcome!
