The AX tutorial fails on build

We have disabled the AX tutorial due to the following error:

Dec 09 18:31:07 ax.service.scheduler.FailureRateExceededError: Failure rate exceeds the tolerated trial failure rate of 0.5 (at least 5 out of first 8 trials failed). Checks are triggered both at the end of a optimization and if at least 5 trials have failed.

Please fix the issue and we'll be happy to enable it.

This should be fixed by #2155.

(I'm having some testing issues with GALLERY_PATTERN locally so I can't verify this fully builds but I'm confident it will).
