I guess most changes are lint? Hard to read the diff.

Yes we only change Title 2.0->2.x on this page: https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/

It's best not to have lint changes alongside as it makes it much harder to see.
Also I don't know how whitespace sensitive the rendering is here, so not we will have to check the rendered page.
