feature: add cross-reference

I have looked in the documentation and in the issues but i did not find it.

Does this module support references to paragraphs, titles and pages?

How do i insert them?

I'll need you to be more specific in what you mean by references.

In word documents you can insert referencens to other sections in the text.

For instance you can say:

This is a neat paragraph and if you want further information on this paragraph go to Chapter 3.

And Chapter 3 is Ctrl-clickable and takes you to chapter three.
