feature: floating images

There has been a number of unaddressed queries on various websites (Stack Overflow to Github) from python-docx users attempting to access or insert an image that is 'behind-text'.

May I please register this as a feature request? As a result, python-docx would become an effective tool for developers striving to automatically create content-rich docx files.
