some changes to the layout of the website:

add description on home page about versioned docs/example gallery split and how to
navigate them
add underline to autolinked code within codeblocks
move the list of tags in current notebook to the right sidebar
change display of categories to be fixed with hightlight on current ones.
add slides to left sidebar
