odh-notebook-sync workflow ignores the Pipfile.cpu and Pipfile.gpu files

The odh-notebook-sync.yml updates only Pipfile files and ignores the Pipfile.cpu and Pipfile.gpu files in the notebook repository, e.g. here and here.

I believe these should be updated too as the rest of the images are. The workflow needs to be amended so that it counts with these files too.
