What changes have been made
Removing test execution from OLM upgrade test.
Considering that current operator is no longer a standalone component it doesn't have sense to run e2e tests for it.
This OLM test is adjusted to verify that it is possible to upgrade existing OLM operator with newly built operator, making sure that upgrade process itself pass.
