Enable the RayCluster SDK e2e test to run on vanilla Kubernetes

Currently the `TestMNISTRayClusterSDK` e2e test only runs on OpenShift as the SDK did not support other Kubernetes distributions.

Now that project-codeflare/codeflare-sdk#146 is merged, the test should be enabled once the SDK dependency is upgraded.
