Update to KubeRay v0.6.0 (or v0.6.1)

A new version of KubeRay has been released (There might be an 0.6.1 version now...)

I tested the 0.6.0-rc1 candidate here: issue 65 and it looked good. I needed to update the operator image as well as some RBAC items and the CRDS (My test branch was here

Seems to be working so far... Trying out the CodeFlare Notebook guided demos
