Migrate Travis CI configuration to GitHub Actions

Feature enhancement details:

As reported in processing/p5.js#4982, Travis CI builds were disabled for the p5.js Web Editor, the p5.js website, and p5.js sound. I've decided it makes sense to migrate from Travis to GitHub Actions to mitigate hosting costs.
