Timer component not rendering

Details about the bug:

The Timer.jsx component is not rendering. This is the component that lets a user know when their sketch was last saved. It's not rendering for new or already existing sketches.

• Web browser and version: Chrome, Firefox
• Operating System: Mac OSX
• Steps to reproduce this bug:

1. Open a new sketch
2. Save it, via the save menu option or Command/Control + S
3. There is no feedback as to when the last time the sketch was saved.
