Switching from canvas to axis for "relative to" doesn't seem to rescale the offsets.

Also in Notes: When Horizontal Positioning relative to canvas, then "X offset" doesn't seem to matter between "x" and "pixels". When I switch Horizontal Positioning relative to "x" then the annotation jumps
