`stamen` map tiles changes in November 2023

Community member, Atharva, reported that the stamen-terrain mapbox style being used in all the examples on this page are being shut down.

@archmoj and @alexcjohnson is this something that needs to be fixed in plotly.js? It looks like that's where the requests are coming from
