R table examples

There seems to be no R equivalent for https://plot.ly/javascript/table/

Note that I just added add_table() which makes it easier to map data frames to table traces.

@cpsievert tables only seem like they work offline i.e. api_create(p) produces error:

Error: Client error: (400) Bad Request
	Figure field is invalid. Reason: Raw data arrays are not allowed at this endpoint. Use grid references instead. Raw data found at the following paths in the figure [('data', 0, u'cells', u'values'), ('data', 0, u'header', u'values')]

This it true for both examples below:
