Support for CA-cert

It's possible now to use CA-cert for validation: esp8266/Arduino#3271
Will this be integrated in platformio? With this fix TLS-connection are really usable.

This should probably be solved as soon as this is resolved: esp8266/Arduino#3321

In the meantime it could work as described here: http://docs.platformio.org/en/latest/platforms/espressif8266.html#using-arduino-framework-with-staging-version
