you know you could be using ~, i think is a better practice
but when you do use ~1.1.1 instead of just ~1.1

@cordoval thanks, actually I don't know the difference between 1.1 and `1.1.*? also why specify the patch version? the idea here is to be more flexible as I am currently working on allowing the phpcr-shell to be embedded as a library.
