PHPCR Shell is under the heading "PHPCR 2.1"

It seems odd that PHPCR-Shell is in the documentation for "PHPCR 2.1". We could:

• Remove the version and have just "PHPCR"
• Move phpcr shell docs into a separate repository
• ...

yeah lets remove the version. the only things that should have the version are the PHPCR api doc and if you convert the jcr spec word document for the site, it should clearly say its JCR 2.1 (unless you are converting JCR 2.0, but we rather follow JCR 2.1 than 2.0)
