Adds support for fibers on *nix platforms not supported by
boost.context, instead usingucontext_t.I tested on Ubuntu 20.04.2 x86_64 with the added configure flag
--disable-fiber-asm(thanks for the help adding the flag @krakjoe).Also tested on macOS 11.4 x86_64 in the same way, but additionally defining
CPPFLAGS="-D_XOPEN_SOURCE"before running configure.Related bug report: 81238
