And what about setting up a Twitter account with the "PHP releases" name?

Anyway, I believe @sgolemon controls the @officialphp twitter handle.

Since @officialphp isn't tweeting a lot I would use that for communicating a new release. You could probably automate as well but I think it's more powerful if it has a personal touch.

@derickr The PR looks good now, right? If this is the case, @ruudboon can you commit it to master (actually, it could go into the PHP-7.4 branch too 🤔) or do you want me to do it?
