This does similar to some previous adjustments - it trims all items inside
m4_normalizeand removes all leading and trailing spaces and tabs, sequences of backslash-then-newline, and replaces multiple spaces, tabs, and newlines with a single space. So it's a bit easier to compare diffs between changes and have an overview of Lexbor source files.
