Another, much simpler alternative to #13445 and #13518.
We store the offset of the function from the function table in the constant name operands
extra
field. The default handler will work as before. The specialized handler can use the offset, instead of performing a full hash table lookup. My benchmarks show an improvement of ~0.5% for Symfony Demo.
