Shouldn't this target the PHP-8.2 branch?

I think this needs to go both to main (future PHP-8.3, right?) and PHP-8.2 branch.

FTR I pulled the patch directly from upstream and confirmed this fixes the Ubuntu 18.04 ppc64el build.

@oerdnj Yes, for those cases we merge into the lowest necessary branch and then merge upstream. But it's fine, I can fix this while merging. 🙂
