Description

The fuzzer readme says

php-src/sapi/fuzzer/README.md

Line 29 in af5db45

* `php-fuzz-json`: Fuzzing JSON parser (requires --enable-json)

but the --enable-json flag no longer exists. The other mention of this flag was removed from this readme in ccf3e01.
