As in https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=80814 effecting FreeBSD, NetBSD suffers the same fate:

threaded mod_php won't load on NetBSD: No space available for static Thread Local Storage

Can we treat NetBSD like FreeBSD in eg 3b377b5?
