/series/import/request/{id}: don't show category if it's unknown

Something that looks like a bug in production: all import request don't have associated category and a category is shown as "Not chosen". We shouldn't show it in this case.

BTW this issue weren't found during testing because we're parsing our own series info where category is mandatory field and is always present.
