Rename packages

In the beginning of the next release I suggest to rename the following packages:

• ru.mystamps.web.model to ru.mystamps.web.controller.dto
• ru.mystamps.web.validation.jsr303 to ru.mystamps.web.support.beanvalidation (or put it to the package with controllers)
