Update the collections.updated_at/by fields when series added/removed

Same as #333 but for collections: when user adds/removes series to/from collection we should update updated_at/updated_by fields.

Probably, we should consider adding created_at field (but I'm not sure about this).

Also this should be used in a report from #121 -- admin could see what series were updated.
