HTML files should end with a newline

Expected Behavior

HTML files end with a newline.

Actual Behavior

HTML files do not end with a newline. Github flags this as an issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. pdoc3 -o docs --html
2. Look at any of the html files generated and see there's no newline at the end.
