BUG: info _repr_html doesn't show class name

This is only for the info repr. It's not a problem with df.info().

From a console attached to the same session:

In [1]: df

<class 'pandas.core.frame.DataFrame'>
Int64Index: 2 entries, 0 to 1
Data columns (total 2 columns):

1    2 non-null float64
dtypes: float64(2)

I think the <class ... > is being interpreted as an HTML tag. We'll need to escape it. Our test checks whether <class> is in the repr, which it is, it's just not visible.
