Pandas Series doesn't display table as HTML in IPython notebook

Contrary to Pandas DataFrame, Pandas Series doesn't display as HTML into IPython notebook. Moreover Pandas Series doesn't provide to_html() method.
(I'm using 0.12 version)

An issue was just opened here: #5563

Interested in doing submitting a Pull Request? The code should be fairly similar to the DataFrame html repr (which is going throughout a bit of a change in #5550 right now, so you/whoever may want to wait until that is merged).
