Documentation problem

qgrid has abandoned releases and isn't compatible with the latest versions of its dependent packages.

Suggested fix for documentation

Since this doc includes modin, qgrid should be replaced by modin-spreadsheet. modin-spreadsheet is forked from qgrid and being maintained by the modin project.

I would love to work on this issue. Below is the proposed solution for replacing qgrid in the ecosystem.md doc. Kindly let me know if it needs any modifications. Once confirmed, I will raise the PR.

modin-project/modin-spreadsheet

modin-spreadsheet is an interactive grid for sorting and filtering DataFrames in IPython Notebook. It is a fork of qgrid and is actively maintained by the modin project. modin-spreadsheet provides similar functionality to qgrid and allows for easy data exploration and manipulation in a tabular format.
