Action stopped working on schedule

As you can see bellow I have both manual trigger and cron set on this job.
Scheduler was working great for a years and few days ago (4) it stopped working.
What could be the reason, is there any change that happened on github actions? Manual run is still working fine? What should I check? It is weird because I didn't do any change in workflows during that period.

Ok, I was able to resolve it.
Guess what, if person that was last modifier of yaml file is removed from git repo, scheduler will stop working. You need to change whatever in yaml file just to change last committer, and then it works again.
Very weird behavior - why would scheduler connect to last committer - to me that sounds like a bug.

Although there is workaround, this sounds like an issue. Let's discuss and see if this can be resolved, or at least to have some alert, warning that could indicate the problem.

No runs are triggering on schedules. I have tried every minute, every 3 mins, every 10 mins, etc
