Steps to reproduce

1. Build a Next.js project with the plugin that includes revalidation
2. Warning appears
3. Link to https://ntl.fyi/next-isr-info
4. Redirects to broken https://github.com/netlify/netlify-plugin-nextjs/blob/main/docs/caveats.md#incremental-static-regeneration

Looks like the change was originally made to add here: #565
