Remove JSONTEST_REGISTER_FIXTURE and automatically register

I don't think having to manually add tests to JSONTEST_REGISTER_FIXTURE is very clean. It ends up promoting bad practices, like massive tests to avoid registering multiple fixtures.

Defining a test should automatically register the test.
