fixes #2301

  • reloader handles grouped nodes
  • explore uses the correct repository for grouped nodes
  • update parent status across repositories

It would be nice to show the status on repositories under the root node:

  1. submodules
  2. standalone repos

We'd need to merge the git status. Needs thought.
