Steps to reproduce

1. Create empty folder somewhere mkdir /tmp/test-folder.
2. cd to folder cd /tmp/test-folder
3. nvim -nu /tmp/nvt-min.lua .
4. Open nvim-tree
5. Try to create file (keymap a does not working)

Found possible solution.
Add new condition to get_node_at_cursor by applying this change:
