Folder Ignored Status Removed Following File Update When Wachers Enabled

Description

When watchers are enabled and a file is updated, ignored status is removed from the containing directory and parents.

Expected behavior

@aashutoshrathi and @word-wrap show git ignored status

Actual behavior

status removed
it is still present for node_modules
