It looks quite unlikely to me new features will be added to 4.1. Better contribute on master. Moreover there is already a PR for this on master, #458, waiting for some team member to take time reviewing it. |

The Contribution on master goes in the same direction but isn't that generic. |

Addtional Pull Request for NHibernate 4.1.1.X. Appends the abbility for providers to specify Query Hints.
Currently implemented in the MSSQL Provider.
