NH-1157 - SubSelect Fetching does not work with MultiCriteria

I tried to create a unit test to demonstrate, but a lot of the unit tests seem to be failing. Is this the case?
Anyway, the Loader.Transpose is not properly handling the IList keys that are passed in. The list
show to be an array of arrays, but the method is treating it as a single Array. I will continue to get a unit
test in the mean time.

MultiCriteria has been obsoleted in favor of QueryBatch. See #1783.
