Simulate Changing Configuration in NGF Longevity Clusters

As a maintainer of NGF
I want to regularly change the configuration of NGF in the NGF Longevity clusters
So that I can test how the NGF control plane performs over a long period of time when its configuration is changed.

Acceptance

• NGF's configuration is changed according to the logic already configured in NGF's longevity test in perpetuity.
