Report the Number of GRPCRoutes in Product Telemetry

As a maintainer of NGF
I want to collect the number of GRPCRoute used in NGF in product telemetry
So that I can understand how popular GRPCRoutes are for our users
So that I can better prioritize features for GRPC.

Acceptance

• The number of GRPCRoutes for the NGF installation are sent as part of NGF's product telemetry.

Dev Notes

• HTTPRoute reporting will need to be changed to accommodate this enhancement.
