Incomplete source/javadocs in Maven Central

I've been using JavaCL with Gradle in one of my projects, but neither the source or javadoc downloads from Maven Central here contain anything useful. I'm using the javadoc from sourceforge, but it would be much more convenient if the full source and javadoc were available from Maven Central so I can have them automatically attached in Eclipse by Gradle.
