Describe the bug
Some strange behavior with vehicles happened yesterday. There are 2 teams were playing. There are 3 videos bellow representing this situation from both teams.

At the begging, both team-players were attached to vehicles. (via attachElement func).
v2 - team B, being attacked but, can't see the attacker. Red line on car-hud represents car armor. from beginning you can see that armor is drained and vehicle gets on fire, but there is no attackers around. After car explodes, they are trying to hide, They see explosions from nowhere and cant realize what is happening.
v1 - team A, attacking team B and trying to deal damage to vehicle. on video you can see they following team B. Vehicle gets on fire, then they are trying to attack players, but players doesn't receive the damage from guns, but they gets damage from explosions.
Basically team B can't see team's A vehicle, so players attached to A-vehicle are not streamed in as well, until one of the A-players detaching from vehicle, v1: 00:49 sec, v3: 00:04 sec.
After driver from team A exits from vehicle, vehicle become streamed and visible by team B as usual.
For vehicles - attacker synchronizes damage.
For players - victim synchronizes damage.
Bullet sync, latency reduction and threadnet enabled.
bandwidth_reduction at maximum.
To reproduce
No idea. Were trying to freeze vehicle on client side, then move outside the stream and asking other player to drive nearby me, but no success.
Expected behaviour
Vehicles should be synchronized properly :D
