Description

Only test aws auth on the latest server version. The auth spec does not state that we need to run the tests on all supported servers so the extra CI runs are not necessary.

What is changing?

Only runs AWS tests on latest.

Is there new documentation needed for these changes?

None

What is the motivation for this change?

EVG CI failures.
