[Bug]: atlas-list-clusters and atlas-inspect-cluster does not work well with flex clusters

Bug Description

Basically, if I run atlas-inspect-cluster passing a flex cluster I get an error.

If I run atlas-list-clusters, flex clusters are not listed.
