Their version was a little stricter (it applies in function declarations) and added a build error. This fixes the lint and removes our copy of the rule.

Anybody whose PR was broken prior to this will need to merge master into their branch and push to their PR to trigger a rebuild. Rebuilding in the travis UI doesn't make the build use a new upstream commit for the pr, unfortunately.
